Refund policy
Physical Stock Returns/Refunds
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we’re happy to offer a refund as store credit, provided the product meets the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in a sealed, unused, and re-sellable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or collection.
- Trading Card Games (TCGs) are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for covering any return postage costs.
Please note that change-of-mind returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Pre-Order Stock Refunds
If you've pre-ordered an item but changed your mind or no longer wish to wait, just let us know, and we’ll issue a refund as store credit in the form of a code.
Products with Missing Parts
For items with missing parts, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers will gladly arrange replacement parts. If you encounter any issues with the manufacturer or need further assistance, feel free to reach out, and we’ll help resolve the situation.
Incorrectly Sent Products
If you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us, and we’ll promptly correct the issue.
